    Help with my diet please

    Below I have listed a diet plan that I would like to follow. My goal is to trim up and lose about 20 lbs. I'm not particularly concerned with my appearance or BF%, I'm more concerned with whether the diet will meet my nutritional requirement for training.

    Currently, I am 6'0" tall around 210 lbs., maybe 18% BF. I train in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu 4 days a week. Will the diet below be enough to sustain my training, but help me lose bodyfat? I am also curious if my last meal (PWO) has too many carbs/sugar in it to be eaten before bed?

    I appreciate any responses/input/additions anyone has

    BREAKFAST 8:30 AM
    3/8 Cup Egg Beaters
    3/8 Cup Egg Whites
    2 Cups Oats
    1.5 Cups Skim Milk

    528 Calories 3g Fat 85g Carbs 44g Protein

    SNACK 11:00 AM
    1 Scoop Muscle Milk
    1 Banana
    1 Cup Skim Milk

    385 Calories 10g Fat 50g Carbs 26g Protein


    LUNCH 2:00 PM
    6 Ounces Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Broccoli

    296 Calories 6g Fat 7g Carbs 52g Protein


    SNACK 4:00 PM
    6 Ounces Turkey
    1 Apple

    275 Calories 1g Fat 32g Carbs 36g Protein

    90 Minutes Muay Thai/ Submission Wrestling training

    DINNER 8:30 PM
    12 Ounces Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Broccoli

    551 Calories 11g Fat 7g Carbs 100g Protein

    1 Hour resistance/weight training

    SNACK 10:00 PM
    1 Cup Orange Juice
    1 Cup Blueberries
    1 Banana
    2 Scoops Iso Pure

    527 Calories 3g Fat 78g Carbs 54g Protein
