I'm 22, 5'10" and I currently weigh 176lbs, fairly lean. I want to get more serious with my diet than just eating less. I'm losing weight but I feel like I have less endurence in the gym and I am getting slightly weaker.
So I know where I am as far as body fat, whats the best or most efficient way of measuring it? Where I can get a pinch test performed? Can I do it myself?
