    When do you take your vitamins?

    I take them with with my preworkout P/F shake, about 45 minutes before lifting. Does anyone take vitamins twice a day? I use Animal Pak or Linberg paks.

    either after am cardio empty stomach, or breakfast

    Depends what type of vits your taking. A, D, E, and K are all fat soluble.

    Vitamin C throughout and some other minerals throughout as well
