    Hard diet (no whey on it)

    ok guys i want to cut some BF but the thing is that down here i cant find almost anything right know becouse of the only airline problems in my country which means that i cant get whey, flax oil (althought i can get grinded flax), and most suplemments Im 18 years old 5'7 an 165 pouns at around 11%-12% BF and here is my diet:

    Wake up
    1 cup of coffe w/o sugar

    (Cardio)60 min low intensity elliptical

    Breackfast
    1/3 cup of oats
    8 egg whites
    100 g of wheat bran

    lunch
    1/3 cup of oats
    100 g of wheat bran
    6 oz chicken breast
    vegies(Brocolli zuchini and spinach)

    45mins-1hour weight training
    (Cardio)60 min low intensity elliptical

    PWO(I cant get any whey)
    3oz chicken breast
    1/2 cup oats

    Dinner
    6 oz chicken breast
    vegies(Brocolli zuchini and spinach)
    1 table spoon of sesame oil

    before bed
    100 g of fat free cheese
    30g peanuts

    any advice appreciated an thnx ahead

    It's not that bad of a diet Angelus, There could be some minor adjustments. Whey is good for PWO. Thats about it most ppl minimize the use of shakes. I think you're doing to much cardio IMO 2 hours. If ur at 11-12 i think one cardio session is enough.. JMO

    the thing is that i kind of have a slow metabolism 1 month ago i started with cardio (cutting) i was at 15% BF and 160 pouns, now Im at 12% BF and 165 pounds, so I dont mind a little muscle loss cause so far ive been managing to gain, but anyway thnx ill decrease the cardio if i see some muscle loss
