    Sugar Free Fiber

Considering one serving is 5 grams of carbohydrates, would it be detrimental to take this at night considering carbs at night for cutters is a no no.

Is there a reason for taking it in the evening? I would probly take it with your pro/carb meal in the morning but I'm sure you'd be fine in the evening considering there isn't much carbs per serving (assuming your only have 1 serving).

I took it tonight cause I was pretty clogged up. Tried everything to get it out of me since 6pm...green veggies...lots of water...and nothing. Nothing is worse than being clogged up.

Chemically, Fiber IS a carbohydrate (CHO). Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that can not be digested by the human body so it has zero energy value to us.

Someone correct me if im wrong though.
