Need some help carb cycling please

    6'/178/14% BF ENDO!

Been cutting hard for a few weeks and here is the basic diet outline

Cardio Monday through Saturday for 50 minutes at 70%
Lifting Monday through Friday in evening for 40-50 minutes

    DIET

    1. P/F
    2. P/F
    3. P/F
    4. P/F
    5. P/C
    6. P/C 2150 calories, 270ish protein, 60 fat, 100 carbs

I am not cheating but on my rest day (Sunday) I would like to eat something like this

    1. Oats/Egg whites
    2. Cottage cheese, plain yogurt
    3. Oats/Chicken
    4. Cottage cheese, plain yogurt
    5. Oats/Chicken
    6. Protein shake with flax

Calories would be up to 2600 or so and carbs would be around 220. Would this benefit me or set me back.

I would think that if 100g of carbs is your highest for the week excluding sunday, sunday should be quite a bit higher than 220g carbs. Go by how you feel though.
That's not really carb cycling though because your only upping the carbs 1 day each week.
I thought cycling was more like....low carb, low carb, med carb, high carb repeat etc.?

If I up carbs to 300 or more Sunday, that would put my calories around or over 3000 for the day. I suppose I could have a 200 or so carb day on Wednsday (leg day)

I figure, if you don't go over your maintenance cals and load up on carbs, it won't hurt you a bit!
