Well fellas, it's the hard knock life for me the next 2 wks
Stepped on the scale today, I'm 224 lbs, and 8 wks out from my show as of tomorrow. This is a bitch, I'm not dropping weight fast enough, I've been mid 220's now for the past 2-3 wks, despite an hour of cardio ed, nothing but chicken, rice, potatoes, and healthy fats. However, I am still holding some water from some test e I dropped 2 wks ago. But I'm still becoming more ripped, just not dropping lbs like I need to to make my weight class which is light heavyweights. So I figure 6-8 lbs from the water drop, but then gain back 5-6 lbs after carb up for show, so we'll call it coming down from 222lbs, what the hell. Well, by 6 wks out I need to be tipping scales at 215lbs maximum!! This is going to be a downright bitch, I'm totally changing diet plans here. For the next 2 wks straight, no cheat meals, and the bulk of my food is going to be nothing but chicken and veggies w/ almost every meal. I'm going super low carb, I'll lose strength and drag ass but I have to do it. At 198 lbs I'm going to demolish these cats, I have alot of guys on my side rooting me on, pushing me, and analyzing my progress.We all agree, light heavies is where it's at. I will have pics in 2 wks for you guys after this hell I'm going to go through. Oh yeah, cardio is upped to 2 hrs/day now too. Wish me luck!!!

How low are you going on the carbs? No carb up days within those 2 weeks?

Good luck man! I hate cardio compared to everything else! Hang in there, its always worth it.
