Quick meal ideas???
Im currently trying to do a pretty clean bulk, but i just started a new job which is very strenous work for long shifts. Ive only worked there a few days and i can already tell that it will be hard to even maintain my current weight while working all the time. My breaks are only a few minutes long every couple of hours so I pretty much try to cram as much food as i can in those few minutes. Can anyone suggest any quick/easy/ and semi-clean meals which would pack a lot of calories, or any advice from anyone who has been in the same situation?

I work a semi-strenuous job as well. It can be very frustrating because sometimes i think it inhibits my gains and decreases recovery times. My breaks are not that short but i only get a couple of them and my caloric needs are pretty demanding for me to gain.
I usualy do fine by taking a (anabolic )snack with me and put it in the general area where i work. This bothers noone because i can go over there, shove my face quickly and continue. A good example is a small bannana and 2 pieces of light string cheese (~20g protein, ~26 carbs, ~5g fat). Both products are relatively moist so i can slam them down very quickly.

I eat raw oats, made into a pudding.....no other way to get 4 cups in a day. 2 scoops casein, 1 cup oats, add water till pudding consistency. Pound!

if you have 2 minutes you can eat 2 cans of tuna and chug 2Tbsp of flax.
then later eat some oats with water and splenda and chug a protein shake (your casein would would work)
then you could have 3 huge bites of sweet potato, and eat 1.5 chicken breasts.
there are a few ideas that would take me about 2-3 minutes to eat.
