    Pwo Question!

    I Just Bought Some Dymatized Elite Protein,dextrose And Carbo Gain, How Much Dextrose And Carbo Gain Do I Add To The Protein Mix? Also,can I Sub A Banana, Blueberries, And Strawberries For The Dextrose Or Is The Dextrose A Must?

    My Diet
    6:30 Am
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal, 4 -5 Egg Whites,cinnimmon,1/2 Packet Of Splenda

    8:30-9am
    Pw0
    40-60g Whey Protein, 2tsp Flax

    11:30-12:00
    Veggies (brocolli),protein, 1/2 Sweet Potato

    2:00pm
    Veggies (salad W/flax Oil ),6.oz Protein,

    4:00pm
    Veggie,6.oz Protein,1/2 Sweet Potato

    6:00pm
    6oz Protein

    Nothing is EVER a must......1tsp of dex = 4-5g of carbs...some use fructose, but not ideal as it restores liver glycogen rather than muscle glycogen, but try and see what works best for YOU. That's all that matters. I'll stick to Dextrose and a few rice cakes to settle my stomach.

    1tsp of dex = 4-5g of carbs
    you sure about this? 1/4 cup for me is 65g and its not 15 teaspoons. must be different dextrose

    then you dont have dextrose.....it's either 4g or 5g Ive seen both

    Yep...mine is 5g=1 teaspoon. So I just add 6 2/3 tablespoons and I got 100g.

    what are your stats bro? hard for anyone to help if we don't know anything about you. size, age, bf%, experience, ect. anything u think we need to know tell us. nothing fits everybody.

    I'm 5'10 215lbs 35w 46ch 15% bodyfat, great size on my chest,legs,and shoulders...TODAY'S MY FIRST DAY USING THIS EATING PLAN..SO 4-5G IS WHAT THE DEXTROSE SHOULD BE?

    i get it from barry farms. im 100% certain its dextrose.

    4Tbsp would be 60g dex. so if you want 80g take 5 Tbsp and 1 tsp.
