Ladies have it rough
hey ladies (and knowledgeable gents), my GF is trying to burn a little fat and tighten her figure. before i suggest that she start using any fat burning stimulants such as ephedra xenadrine caffine etc. i want to get her diet tight. so along with lots of cardio whats is a good amount of protien, fat, calories, etc for her. she is about 5'3" 120-130

Her BMR should be somewhere around 1300-1400kcal.
40:30:30 Energy% betwen protein, fats and carbs should be a decent to start with.
Thats in grams(assuming 1400kcal)
140gram protein
105 grams carbs
46grams of fat

thanks ill pass that on to her...sounds simmilar to what i was thinking just dont really know much about females metabolism etc.
