Software
I remember there being software to workout how many calories should be consumed and it made you a diet plan from it but forgot the name of it.does anyone know?

i JUST USE EXCEL. Plus it into fitday then copy into spreadsheet, cause my ratios don't change, except on off days, I cut my pw shakes and only have carbs in first four meals.
