    Cereal question

    Hey I eat a lot of cereal mainly whole grain low sugar stuff examples...Life, Kashi Go lean crunch, Kashi, Kashi heart to heart, Fiber 1, also I eat them 2x a day on an average day along with 2-3 other meals not including cereal...I was wondering if this is bad, and cereal will hurt or help my body from staying slim and gaining good muscle thanks...

    Those cereals you listed aren't horrible for you and it won't keep you from staying slim but I would switch to plain oats if I were you. You should also post your goals, stats, and a diet with your workout times so everyone can better assist you.

    i eat like grape nuts or rasin bran in the morning, i try to get 75-100 carbs i dont think its bad

    It's not horrible if you're throwing it in there to keep your sanity...not sure what the rest of your diet is like..
