Hey guys, I need some help for my diet. Its the first time i've ever started to cut so I'm not too sure about what I'm doing exactly...
I weigh about 89kg and am 177cm tall. I have fat mostly around my stomach and thighs. I do 20+ mins of cardio about 4 times a week, then pump weights in the afternoon/night.

Cottage Cheese 97% fat free
Theres a 2 hour interval between each meal...
