about 160 not to sure about body fat% but not that much maybe got 10lbs i dont need lol
ive been training on and off for a couple years
lookin to get serious this time and try to stick to it
thats why im asking you guys/gals to help me ive read the bulking diets and mike's 3 meals a day looks good but i dont know how to adjust the cals....if someone could just readjust the cals /meals for me thad be great....
