I was wondering if these are good for you, because they are whole wheat and whole grain but are they considered good carbs for sides of meals....Ie chicken breast and 3 rice cakes for nightime meal.

Rice cakes are fine.. I love the fat free carmel rice cakes..
I like them too but I would not eat them before bed.
Hmm they make a great snack with a little bit of Natty PB over the top.....And its healthy as well......
Love the new whole grain peanut butter ones! I toss in a few with my first few meals...jelly too!
