    PWO Whey Protein Choice

I've been consuming Sytrax Nectar with oatmeal pwo and recently switched to Isopure Isolate. I like the fruit flavors after a workout. I just noticed after buying 6 pounds of Isopure Alpine and Orange Banana flavor, it contains 340 mg of sodium and 1 gram of fat. I should have looked at the nutra info beforehand. I assumed Isopure would be cleaner. Question is; does the 1 gram of fat matter? I tend to keep pwo with zero fat. Also, is this sodium content too high or counterproductive? You can definitely taste the sodium. Syntrax only contained 60mg sodium. Any thoughts on this much sodium PWO? If it doesnt really matter I will deal with the taste.

ON's whey or Isopure i use either one both are pretty close to being equal in Macros.

Secondly yes you do want to keep fats low in your PWO shake/meal, but no 1-5 grams of fat will not make a huge diffrence at all so no worries there.

and unless your stepping on stage in a few weeks then sodium is not an issue, this gives you no reason to cover your foods in salt by anymeans but the sodium in your whey protein is fine.

340mg of sodium and 1 gram of fat per what?? 100grams? one serving?

anyway you would have a very hard time finding any whey protein with zero fat. A few grams doesnt hurt at all. Sodium doesnt hurt either
