    bulking

    well i am about 5 weeks into cycle been eating pretty clean around 3500 cals, i havent put on much weight but i am bigger then ever. Do you think i should shoot for 5k cals with 400pro 400carb and less than 100g fat

    6'4 250lbs 13%bf
    my current cycle is
    test e 500eg
    test prop 100 eod

    In short..YES. 3500 cals for someone with 218 LBM is WAY too little..IMO.

    you could easily pull off 5k cals. and i guarantee you will put on serious weight with 5k cals. definately up them. might even try for 5500? or higher for a while. see how it works for you. you're a big boy, and you want to be a monster, you have to eat like one

    What possiblilities can i do to adjust this to get to the 5k mark


    Diet
    800
    10 egg whites 35pro 2 w/yolk
    1 3/4 cup of oatmeal- 98 grams of carbs
    cheese- 2 oz
    Workout 9-10


    Meal 2
    PWO-1030
    Protein shake- 40 grams of protein
    1 1/2 cup rice- 84 grams of carbs


    PPWO
    1130
    Meal 3
    Shake 20 grams
    7 oz of chicken- 42 grams of pro
    1 1/2 large bagel 75 carbs
    2 oz of peanut butter

    230
    Meal 4
    7 oz of beef- 56 grams pro
    Pasta- 1 cup, 54 grams of carbs
    some type of vege

    500
    Meal 5
    Some almonds 10p
    Protein shake 60po
    3/4 cup Rice 40 grams of carbs

    730
    Meal 6
    Two cans of tuna 70 grams of protein

    930
    Meal 7
    Bed time
    Pro shake 60


    3960 calories
    410 grams of protein,
    400 grams of carbs
    80 grams of fat.

    up your chicken amount in meal 2 to maybe 12 oz.

    maybe go for 10oz of beef in meal 4.

    up your almond amounts or eat more rice in meal 5.

    add a fat source to your cans of tuna in meal 6.

    add any cals you can to that pro shake before bed. maybe eat some 4% fat cottage cheese and add some other fat source there.
