i have a friend who has a strange mentality when it comes to bodubuilding and nutrition, seems to provide alot of bullshit information, and refuses to listen to anybody elses advice.
the other day i was drinking a protein shake, with milk, not water. he then proceeded tp tell me that drinking your protein shake with milk is pointless as the milk renders the majority of the protein useless in the body.
i firmly call bullshit, anybody have any insight?
