    I want M A S S

    I dont really have a diet plan but i eat at least 200-250 grams of protein a day and take shakes. i weigh 165 lbs, if i train hard can i gain mass with the way i eat

    Dude...we have NO clue as to what you eat. You have listed merely ONE macro. Give us your complete diet and we will be happy to critique. Read the BULKING sticky to get started. Good luck buddy.

    "I dont really have a diet plan" - This is the first and most important thing to sort out. I know its boring but without it you will make minimal gains. like audis said check the diet forum its invaluable. If you want to work out macros you will find all cals fats carbs proteins for the major food groups listed in my diet plan which can be viewed in "beasts clean bulk" in members cycle results

    bulking stick will point u in the right directions, Also When bulking your gonna have to get alot of QUALITY carbs and cals, not just protein.....

    Hows your bulking going bro...why don't u give this guy a sample of your diet, it's well thought out....I think mine is too, but at 4,200 I'm starting to blurr up in the abs....now that is truly depressing!!
