Do you guys normally stay away from lean beef or lean red meats while cutting or not? I'm just starting to get sick of 99% lean turkey every f'n day. And Chicken gets boring after awhile too, but I love just having ground beef with some seasoning.

I eat lean ground beef while cutting and it doesn't seem to set me back. Give it a try and if you aren't getting the results you want get rid of it.
yeah...beef's cool..as long as its lean.no worries, just adjust your macros to compensate with the slightly higher fat
