Is fried chicken just as good for you if you remove all the skin ?

Reason why i ask this place by my work sells it cheap, so it would be really convient to buy it for lunch.

I would think that some of the canola oil or whatever kind of oil is used seeps through and soaks into the chicken breasts. But, I've also heard/read that when deep frying an entire chicken or turkey the outside gets burnt just to hold in the falvor/juices and it does not let in the oils... I guess I'm no help at all!

its not he most ideal thing but if you remove the skin, its kinda fine I guess...just stick to white breast meat... although I'm SURE some saturated fat soaks thru, so keep that in mind and dont fool yourself. I only eat stuff like that if I'm in a bind and have no other option
