late night snack
what is the best thing to eat late at night close to bed? i am tryin to cut btw

s/f f/f jello, s/f f/f popsicles, few almonds and f/f cottage cheese, water, broccoli, celery, lots of stuff....

If you get the craving to eat but don't exactly WANT to, drink lots of water. Thats what i do, or eat some fruit. Water and fruit tends to curve my appetite just before i go to bed.

it all depends on your diet. I always end the day with a solid meal and I tweak my diet around to allow for that.

"pickles and diet coke" - try not to eat this if you have a girlfriend you plan on keeping
I would eat a protein fat meal. Cottage cheese and nuts, shake and flax, chiken and coconut oil, ect ect.

I used to eat a ton of veggies, ff dip and peanuts prebed...with a casein shake

Peanuts raise testorone..grab your a huge handfull of shelled nuts..keep ya bust too while you lay down and watch the tube....grab some casein in a shake...and some cc with splenda!

I eat a palmful of mixed nuts (almonds,pecans,walnuts,macadamias) along with crystal lite and a high fiber fruit (guava)...fills me up

Reason i said pickles n diet coke is because it seemed like he needed something to fill him up without cheating on his diet. These 2 have basically no nutritional value, and cal filly ou up, plus i love pickles

All the pickles that I buy are usually only 5 calories for a whole pickle.....

sodium is the reason i avoid pickles..
but there are so many options out they
sweet craving: sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, crystal light
munchies: nuts
best option IMO: cottage cheese and casein shake/nutzzz
and are some of you guys seriously eating broccolli and veggies b4 bed...
