Hey guys im just posting my bulkin up diet i have used it for nerly a year and i got good gains from it
Meal 1: 12 Weetbix 1ltr Milk
Meal 2: 1 1/2 chicken breast 2 cups rice
Meal 3: Big Steak and 2 Cups rice
Meal 4: 2 Chicken BReast and Rice
Meal 5: 2 Deep Sea Bream (COOKED IN OVEN) and 1 cup rice
Meal 6: 5 eggs mixed with 200ml milk and 1 slice of cheese mixed into omallette
Meal 7: (ONLY IF IM STILL HUNGRY) half Tub Yoghurt for the killa taste n protein
If you think i should change it around in ways lemme know coz i might try sumthn new ur replys will be appreciated
