    Yahoo another help thread in diets

    Ok a little background about myself. I'm 26 year old and havent done wieght lifting for over a year now. I went through a case of extreme depression and gained about 60lbs(i wont go into details of the reason). I have been fighting this off and on for the last 6months but feel i got a good grasp on it. I started to do some activities in the last 3 months. I began at 260lbs about 3months ago and is down to 229.
    Other personal stuff you need: hieght-6ft

    My current diet:

    8am:

    1/2 cup of oats
    protien shake 33grams

    12pm:

    8ounce chicken breast or fish
    mix veggies stauteed with it.

    3pm

    4 eggs whites
    protien shake

    5pm
    chicken or steak or fish fillit around 8ounces
    mix veggies
    I sometimes skip this meal too.

    Ok i see a few weakness right now lack of EFA, and probably overall cals are low. I do have cheat nights on weekend if i go out but if i dont i stay pretty true to this diet.

    My workout right now:

    i walk about 2hrs a day 5 days a week after i get home from work. Im thinking about increasing this to running and decrease the time. I also do a 3hour+ intense hike with a pack once a week on the weekend lately. I havent yet gone back to the gym, but feel if i lose another 10lbs i might start heading back. The main problem is i feel im plateuing right now wieght havent change much in last 3weeks.

    My goal is to get back in the gym and get my body back on line.

    What im thinking about using:
    I have used ECA by the buttload before and did the 2weeks on and off techinque. I have yet to go back to using them. I also got few bottles of clen laying around that i have never used. Im curious if i should start doing one of these or hold off.

    I cant workout in the morning because of lack of time. My gf works late so only time i spend with her is later in the night and i got to get up early. I really dont want to sarcifice that time with her. If there any more info i can give you to help out let me know.

    Looks decent to me. Actually muscle mass leads to burning calories as well as weight training. Therefore dont neglect it. Yes I agree with doing a shorter more intense cardio workout. Try doing that and see if you still are stagnant. Introduce the supps slowly as in ECA then Clen and so on but you can do that later. Good to hear you are back at it and have already lost 30lbs, keep it up
