    Need help on how to bump up calories

    Here is my diet:

    Meal 1:


    2 eggs kcal:
    4 eggwhites
    2 cups oatmeal

    43 protein
    60 gram carbs
    19 gram fat
    Kcal: 600
    Meal 2:

    150 gram chickenbreast
    100 gram rice
    1 apple

    meal 2 total:

    38.9 gram protein
    92 carbs
    Kcal: 610
    vet: 3.0

    meal 3:

    150 gram beef
    100 gram rice
    meal 3 total:

    38.9 gram protein
    carbs : 78 gram
    Kcal: 600
    fat: 7.0

    meal 4:

    150 gram chickenbreast
    300 gram potatoes
    veggys


    meal 4 total:

    protein: 40
    carbs: 60-70
    fat: 10
    kcal: 600

    meal 5:

    same
    + natyy pb


    meal 6:

    same


    total calories for the day is 3500 - 3600
    I,m not growing on that i need to bump up calories but i dont what food to add and in which meals... Anyone got suggestions? I want to be eating 6000 cals atleast so i need serieus help on this one

    How do you get it to 43 grams of protein? 2 whole eggs and 4 eggwhites are only 24g protein.

    Anyway bump it up to 5 whole eggs and 5 whites.

    The suggestions I made should increase the kcal a bit. You can also add 2-3 shakes each day and eat a handfull of nuts to each shake.

    Get some muscle ilk and or cytogainer........up your portions by 1 cup, get a jar of pb nd know it off every other day.....2 cheat meals a week....minimum!

    thanks guys this is great help. For the first meal the total of protein is 43 grams because oatmeal is 13 grams of protein too. I just wondering when i bump up the meat too 300 grams wouldn,t that be too much protein? Anyway thanks a lot guys as soon as i get a job again il bump it all up cant afford right now to buy that much meat and shakes haha.

    ok. I wasnt sure how much 2 cups are thats why I asked I never measure anything in cups.

    Nah it wont be to much to consume 300grams.

    CYTOGAINER IS THE SHIT!!!! i gain quality weight from that, n if u need more cals just take 2 spoonfuls of peanutbutter 2 times a day, quik,easy, no work n adds cals

    2 spoons of pb wont cut it i,m sure it will add cals but it wont bump me up from 3500 to 6000. but thanks for the advice. thanks guys

    Muscle milk is garbage IMO.

    u dont need that crazy bump now dude..ull get fat....500 is plenty

    i wont get fat i,m on cycle and on HGH. Thats what the crazy calories are for.

    HGH will still allow you to get fat.........Doesnt matter how you look a it......Ive actually seen dudes get FATTER and more bloated with HGH than on test....

    you dont need cyto gainer or muscle milk just eat more often

    pb + oats + skim + whey = 10x beter than cyto! Add a box of splenda!
