I no your in school but i think you have to many shakes.. These Veggie shakes are they like V8? arn't they not loaded with sugar?

    Meal 1.
    Whey and oatmeal
How much whey and how much oats.. How about Egg Whites and Oats.. Saves you a shake..
    Meal 2. (during class)
    protein bar and olive oil
Mixing carbs and fat over here.. Not a good choice IMO. Also Protien bars are pretty much all crap.. How bout a can of tuna and olive oil it will smell but oh well.
    Meal 3.
Grilled Chicken Salad w/oil and vinegar dressing and veggie shake

    Workout

    Meal 4. (PWO)
    Cytogainer(2 scoops)

    Meal 5.
Lean steak and veggie shake Need more info on these veggie shakes

    Meal 6.
    Whey and Peanuts
In summary i think you need to post the caloric breakdown of each meal and your totals.

Ditch the cytogainer & protein bar IMO. Look at other sources like chicken, turkey, etc.

Yeah, Im gonna ditch the bar and throw in a lean steak pattie or something.

I still gotta do all the statistics, but Im sure its in the ball park numbers. It was just a quick diet I kinda threw together. Just wanted to get some first glances on it.

    Thanks.
