How to cut and work third shift?

Going to start full time unloading trucks at Wally World. I have done it before and it is preaty hard work unloading 3-4 trucks a night and stocking 50 lb. bags of dog food and whatnot. When I cut I get ONLY 100 carbs PWO only.

Do you think this could be a problem with 5 days a week at Wal mart and going to school 3 days a week while getting 2100 calories a day with carbs at pwo only? I hate to get hurt or something.

    Yeh, waas thinking of this.

    Cardio at 6 PM
    1. Oats & egg whites
    2. Shake/Flax
    3. Chicken/Nuts
    4. Shake/Flax
    Workout at 8 AM (YIKES!)
1- 2 small Protein and Carb meals then sleep on it.

I am REALLY worried becasue I have done this work before for 5 months and it is grueling on your entire body, kinda like construction for 4-5 hours.

if you feel to sluggish up the carbs. You dont want to overtrain yourself. Often if you feel sluggish though a fruit might help. No reason to down alot of carbs if a little can do the trick
