    diet computer program

I live 3 hours from the nearest city,so going to a trainer or dietician is impractable,so does anyone have suggestions on how I could get some diet help? How about the computerized diet generator advertised on this site? Any other suggestions?I don't expect free advise and don't mind paying a professional. I would like a reference or two if possilble. thanks.

Bulking? Cutting? Goals? Current Diet? Current stats? Check out the bulking and/or cutting sticky at the top of the diet home page and check out fitday.com to do your nutrtional values. Make up a diet according to either the bulking or cutting diet and then post it here and we'll be more than happy to critique it to help you meet your goals. Oh yeah, welcome to the site!

I didn't offer details because I'm not sure with a post count of 2 I should be asking for too many free tips right away. On the other hand I don't have a lot to add,and feel writing 'great post' 100 times just to get my post count up is kinda cheating. I'm 45, lift hard every other day, overwieght but very fit and active. I'm maybe 35 pounds over, but I'm actually happy with where I've taken my body,I was probably the same amount overweight at 8 years old,and I don't mean by pertcentage. 45 min. aerobics in morning(not on leg day) and 25 at night. A typical day is- 5:30A.M. I do 1.8iu hgh. (also 400mg test cyp and 300mg deca weekly) I eat at 6 1/2 cup oatmeal,2 eggs,a strip of turkey bacon,or ham or cheese and potatoes is typical. aero at 7. eat again at 9 maybe a salad with turkey carrot and tomato, vinegar start workout 9:30 with 5 min.aerobics, then some warm up sets. It will be close to 10 before I do something like sqauts or bench press. Today I'll do,in order, chin ups,lat pull down bent over row, seated row, stading calve raise, reverse calf raise, back extenions with machine, and a crunch exercise with a medice ball for extra weight.then I go through, grumbling,a set of stretches. hit the shower if there is time and cook my next meal, eating at 12. salmon, brocoli, and an apple is typical. That is maybe MORE detail than anyone cares to read but there it is. What about that paul darby computer diet geerating program? Any happy customers care to speak out? thanks

I checked out the swolecat site. Very interesting.I just don't think I have the knowledge to put together the best diet. I don't eat any kind of crap, I can't fathom the stuff people put into thier bodies. But for lack of a better word I want to take more 'scientific' approach. Any happy swolecat customers care to speak up?

    Read read read.. and self-customize.

Post some threads.. ask some questions.. read some more. That's how most guys get their diets 'done' here.

Conversely, you could hire an online consultant.

Well that i know of, there's:

SwoleCat... someone posted a link to his site. Many customers and many success stories. Works with competitors and non-competitors alike.

Pinnacle.. He's not on this board anymore.. but he's top of the line. I'm not sure if he's taking anyone right now as he's mid-contest prep.

Me: Narkissos... I'm not taking any more clients right now... as i'm mid contest-prep myself. Also, i only work with competitors.

Bmf2.. is also a highly regarded dietary consultant. I'm not sure what her schedule is at the moment though. When you get your the pre-requisite 25 posts required to activate your PMs.. you could hit her up with one and inquire.

Those are the people i can think of off the top of my head...

    Narkissos
