I am not sure I will be able to get enough clean cals to produce nice gains and stay udner 10%....so I am thinking of eating strict M-F and then whatever flys on the weekend....not measuring, eating till full, etc. Does anyone do this? Granted I get 2 cheat meals a week which wil be on the weekend (thinking about stone cold, some pizza, some subs, and a few boxes of bars), but wondering if you guys go balls out on the weekends?? Thanks!
