More important is GL (glycemic load though).. A combination of carbs contained in 100g food + GI...
never heard of GL? what kind of bread CAN I EAT? WHAT KIND OF PASTA IS BEST? what should i stay away from?
I've been eating Nature's Own wheat+fiber bread. Low carb with extra fiber and no sugar. 7gm carbs a slice. 5 if you take out the 2gm fiber per slice.
