Ok well I'm 6' 210 11%. I'm going on a bulker till december followed by my first cycle of 500 mg test e. Would 225 230 be possilbe by the cycle? and would it be possible to be 240-250 by the end of the cycle. i have only been training for 1 year. just a ball park figure would be great.

Since this is the diet forum post up your diet...can you gain 30 pounds with anabolics? YES..a lot may be water though. You will have to work and eat your ass off (that sounded funny..) to get to your goal but it's definetly possible. Throw some EQ in there @400mg and hope you get the hunger side effect that happens to a lot of people. Or do a test/deca stack for it's good mass building qualities.
