Short Rant - sorry
Thank you dear Gid for bringing the weekend...I get two cherats meals a weekend fri-sun and either tomorrow or Sat. will be a piece of work. Not sure if I go the stone creamery route, the gourmet pizza way..the 10 boxes of pro teins Ive had for moons....last sat. was a 2am, wake and see the oreos commerical, stumble to the store and put down 30 cookies with skim....I hope I dont go over 10%! 4400 cals this week and tomoorw I have o add 2 b of pb to my 1 and 2 meals..oh, and reducing cardio to 20 minutes snail pace walk! You know how long its been since I have done SOMETHING before my first meal......cardio has been endless...just a part of daily reginmine....

ya dude, especially if your doing a dirty bulk....eat the hell up. Then its back to cutting so you might as well eat as much as possible!!

not to be meant as a negative comment, but I read somewhere that you weigh 160lbs and want to get to 220.. the only way thats going to happen it to eat..ALOT.. so start stuffing bro! lol.. good luck bro

The sushi I get sure is a cheat.... haha.
The sauces the put on the rolls just can't be healthy.
But I still choose sushi when I do "cheat" because it feels less processed than many cheat meals. And I end up with a lot of protein. And it tastes incredible.
Though, I am bulking and a cheat shouldn't ever be necessary, when I'm gonna lose it, I go eat sushi.
