    something is not right with my comp diet

    i thought i had my diet pretty good, 1 1/2 weeks in and i was loseing weight, now i am abour 10 1/2 out from my comp.... the problem is that i have allready lost 10 lbs, but my skinfold has not changed, (however i have seen more and more veins popping out all over the place, i even had seen one in my abs that i have never seen in my life)...but i am still around 9%... i will post my diet in a little bit, (i am not at home right now).... i have a horrible time with diets.... so any and all hellp would be awsom, i just dont want to come in last in my first comp.....

    ok my diet usually ranges from... 2100-2700 calories 200-300 carbs 200-300 protein 70-100 fat, and 28-40 sat fat....

    i started at 190 about 2 weeks ago and i am down to 179 with the skinfold problem i talked about above... any help would be awesome.....

    OK sorry about the delay, my computer is messing up for some reason and It will not let me access the forum link, which is strange because I can access the main page….
    But any ways here is the diet…….

    9am 3 eggs, yogurt, 2 cups milk
    1pm post workout shake
    2pm chicken breast, yogurt, 2 cups milk
    5pm chicken breast, 1 apple
    8pm tuna, 1 apple
    11pm granola bar, 2 cups milk

    this is pretty much what it looks like with some variations from day to day….. and the values are usually as listed above…..

    1pm post workout shake
    2pm chicken breast, yogurt, 2 cups milk
    5pm chicken breast, 1 apple
    8pm tuna, 1 apple
    11pm granola bar, 2 cups milk
    List macros for each meal with final macros. I normally won't give you my input without these, as it's almost impossible for me to see how much your eating.

    Totally revise/repost diet.

    Diet is terrible!

    For starters:

    What's with the milk?....drop it, not advised for cutting. Also, ditch the yogurt and granola bar.

    Add oats/brown rice.

    Add good fats.

    Protein meals are inconsistent

    Fruit is fine at certain times but remember, it does have sugar/carbs...eat lots of veggies i.e broccoli, spinach, green beans etc.

    3 eggs for your first meal...thats like 12g protein

    i agree completly with audis4 your diet is horrid man and needs so much work you dont have any level of consistance in your diet what so ever, and thats what it takes

    Wow brotha, you have some serious work to do. You need to get reading QUICK. There's no way you're gonna come in looking good with that crap diet. You're losing so much muscle on this kind of diet, it's nuts.

    Hey both of you guys stop arguing...

    1) buff is one of the smartest guys around this forum, and his advice has helped a lot of people.
    2) for some one who hasnt been training to long, you sure think you know alot, well you dont, so go read and research.
    3) WEBB stop pickin on the poor little guy.

    sensapike... good luck on your diet. I just finished setting mine up which took days to get somewhat proper. I hope buff and audi know what they are talkin bout...... They helped me set up my diet

    ok i am still here... i have had computer problems...... i dont know what to do.... i am down 13 lbe in like 3 weeks but i am about 9 weeks out.... is there time..... or should i just compeat some other time???? this has happened before....... i got my diet screwed up and felt hopeless so i just desided not to compeat........ i really do want to compeat, but i suck at diets i dont know what to do.... ant thoughts would be cool, if you guys are done yelling at each other...

    when i said cut carbs i didnt mean all carbs i meant some carbs. and kep the fat and protein the same.
