How do you guy scook your mahi mahi? I love the stuff, but haven't cooked it myself. Don't know if I should throw it in the oven, on the foreman, or pan sear it?

hadn't cooked it myself either, but yup...good grilled...taste like chicken

Got to try it..... I've ate chicken day in/day out for months.
I have a feeling chicken is much cheaper though.

get a skillet hot then pour olive oil in and plop a couple mahi slices in and cover with a glass top...you can see it cook through...pretty fast meal prep
going to try the bbq tomorrow/ rub in olive oil so it doesn't stick and fall apart on the grill.
