1. How do you guys prepare your egg whites for the morning meal? Just boil them? eat them raw?
2. how do you guys prepare your Oats? just boil them in water?
I am starting a strict diet, I need to cut up a bit. I was wondering what U guys use for taste. I mean plain egg whites and oateal ar so blan I can barely get em down, and its my first day of the diet. can ya use a lil salt n pepper on the egg whites, and how about a pinch of cinnamon and sugar .....just a lil pinch not a tablspoon on the oats.
I am following upstate tanks diet routine. he had hell good results with it and we have similar body structure. however I have a slight problem. I see many of you have a gret workout routine, eat 1 or 2 meal in the morning wor out around 10 am then go on with your day, I dont have the luxury of being able to workout the same time everyday as I work a 7 day a week job, and I wor about 65 hours a week. sometimes I go in in the afternoon, sometimes in the morning, some days I work 8 am to 11 pm which ruins any time for the gym. Does it really make a huge difference when you wor out in the day? when I work late I cant force myself to get up at 5 am to work out. I dont have the energy, and I dont get a good workout. Any advise would help. I try to spend a intense hour in the gym workin each muscle group onetime a week, and then an hour of cardio. I try to work out 5 times a week. Ill post some pics to see the difference. over the next couple weeks.
