It doesn't have to be raw, by any means.

Splenda, cinnamon, and blueberries all give it a much better flavor and won't affect your physique.

Sugar has it's role but don't load up on it. I would stay within anywhere between 25-50g of Sugar a day TOPS when I get on a cutter, when I'm bulking I'll allow for a little more, maybe up to 75g well timed.

I can't fill out or get vascular personally w/o sugar.

What role dose sugar have? FAT? Up to 75g well timed? Sugar is awful for any diet. Dex is only thing I let in PWO..

what kind of sugar are you talking about?

if you mean regular table sugar(sucrose) then stay away from it always.

If you mean sugar in the general sense of the word as in lactose, galactose ect then there is no reason to avoid them aslong as they fit into your daily carb requirements.
