Well guys I maybe drank all of 3 times this summer so far and last night was one of those nights where just the most unexpected can happen. I will post the night in the lounge in a bit because it was just one of those crazy nights to remember. But to the diet point. Im going back to school in 10 days and my cut has been spot on, looking the best I have ever looked. But last night I kinda screwed up with liquor. I had 6 shots of vodka and was pretty darn drunk. Didnt pig out on munchies considering I slept the night and took me a 2 hour drive home.
So im asking how bad did this mess me up considering i rare to never do it. Anything extra I can do to get back to the state I was 2 days ago, or just work through it and do some extra cardio?
