Does the timing of a cheat meal matter or is it better to consume it during the day as oppsosed to night time

I prefer to have my cheat meal as my last meal of the day, typically before I go to bed.

My reason is purely psychological. If I have my last meal of the day as my cheat meal, I won't be tempted to continue my binge for the day. I can wake up and start my clean days again without a hitch.

    Just my two cc's.

Bulking, mine are usually planned...I allow myself a good hour, 2x a week to eat whatever the hell I want, but I stop before I get sick. Last week was a 12oz porthouse from outback, a loaded baked pototes and a huge sundae from stone cold.

Sunday night was a case (30) of oreo double stuff and some 1%......

I also like to plan mine, it helps me stay super strict knowing what I am going to have..Next Saturday I will be tailgating all day at a huge concert...I can taste the italian sausgage and sirloin tips with every bite of tuna and oats I take
