Fast Eating=Fat??
Last night, my buddy had a blizzard from DQ, and he took like an hour to finish it all. I said, why are you eating it so slow? He said, the faster you eating something, the fatter you can get. Is this true?
Also, he said eating late at night is bad cuz it too, will make you fatter.
Anybody???

Duh the faster you eat the more food gets absorbed in ur fat tissue and coverted to etucradiol which in turn stimulates insulin and surprsses leptin which in turn causes fat gain..
The slower you eat the food takes time and is most likely now converted to Crtycandrone which in turn will elevate ur leptin and make u a hard raging testosterone filled sex stud....GODDAMN!!!!!

Plus your body will then produce enzyme Xyrandorlone which is released when an adequate slow supply of food is present.
Thats how male babies grow, the umblical cord in males would release nutrition into the baby very slowly for 4 hrs then rest...then again.......in girls it DOES NOT.
now imagine doing this for ever!!!

The only thing when eating late at night to worry about is what your eating. Say your eating the leftover pasta and garlic bread with some soda, this is bad!.... verry verry bad! Because carbs and fats digest the slowest, but say you have a Whey shake .... GREAT!

Oh and actually I recently read that your mental state has a lot to do with digestion. If your pissed off or just in a bad mood while eating its terrible for your digestion. But a possitive mental attitude is just what the doctor orderd, not slower eating.

Hope you guyz don't mind a bit of threadjacking but since we're on the topic...what about chewing? Does chewing your food have a great impact on the bioavailbility of nutrients in the food?

Eating that Dairy Queen will make you fat.

While DQ is not a good example but when you eat slower you can feel yourself getting full faster which in turn is suppose to make you eat less. If you "wolf" down a huge meal you find yourself laying back on the sofa about to explode from over eating which can be avoided by eating slower.
