check my diet please:)
6'0'' tall/180-185lbs
10-12%bf
not looking to do competition but wanna get really lean so tell me if this diet will work and what changes i need. My main concern is size, i seem to cut and lose way to much size and strength so i'm guessing its all in the way i diet. Here it is:
keep in mind i work 3rd shift so the hours are messed up:
1. 1 cup egg beaters/2 regular oatmeal packets/1 scoop of whey 4:00pm
workout @ 5:15
2. pwo-cyto gainer 570 cals/54 prot/75 carbs 6:15pm
3. 2 chicken breasts or turkey sausage/ 1/2 cup of rice 7:15pm
4. 2 scoops of whey/ 1 serving of peanut butter 10:00pm
5. 2 96% fat free hamburger patties/veggies 1:00am
6. 2 scoops of whey/flax 4:00am
comes to app. 2500 cals/300g protein/150 carbs/40g fat
bedtime is around 7:00am depending if i get off work on time.

I would swap the shakes for solid food apart from your PWO which is fine. At your height i'd be looking to put on more muscle beofre you cut. With those stats if you cut now your going to end up being just a thin dude. If thats what your looking to do then its all good. If you want mescular then up your cals eat more solid food then cut when you have a good size on you.

i'd like to put on weight but i'm a real hardgainer and when i eat lots of cals, i store a lot of fat around my lower back and stuff and i hate it..........in all honestly i'd like to stay around 180 if i could be 6-8% body fat

I'd bump your PPWO to 1 cup of rice. Any yes, I would probly do a lean clean bulk for a bit then cut.
