    Post WO nutrition?

    My trainer has be lined up for this and I was wondering what you guys thought. I realize w is extremely imprtatnt, but does this look like too many cas in two little time?




    6'1, 165lbs, 8%


    5:30pm TRAIN

    6:30:00
    CREAMY RICE 3 SERV (POST#1) (110 _+ carbs)
    WHEY 2.5 SCOOPS


    730 GATORADE 3 TB (POST #2) (75+ carbs)
    VANIALL BLEND 50g

    8:15 BROWN RICE 3 SERV (100+ carbs)
    6OZ ROGUHY
    ASPARAGUS 8

    9:30
    PREBED FLANK 8OZ
    WHITES 4

    10pm bed

    seems to me that the gatorade should be PWO

    SORRY........1 and two are swapped..........better or too many cals?

    uh...redo it. Whey and dex or some simple sugar PWO. PPWO should be whole foods i.e. chicken and rice. Your 8:15 meal, you should tone the carbs down. Just my thoughts.

    no need for whey again in your PPWO. put a whole protein source in there. yeah whey is rapidly digesting, so if you want to use it do this:

    1/2 scoop 10-15 minutes before your PPWO meal of creamey rice AND a whole protein source. amino levels will be slightly higher than going just whey or a solid meal.
