1st sorry if this in the wrong part of the forum.
ive been training on cardio now for 6to 8 months i was a heavy 18stone 7 lbs
i dropped down to 14.9 i have a bit of a belly nothing much compared to previous.
im absoultley new to the scene and need massive help and hopefully for some one to take me under there wing for guidance.
i have just started training i have looked and found a website which shows me videos of how to do all excercises for all body parts on all different types of machines or free weights so for training issues im pretty much sorted as i have the guidance [ i will post the site if any one wants it and if it is allowed]
I know there is many factors about building yourself up factors i dont know about and need help with ie food supplements and all other jargon im not used to but very much in need of learning.
ive just started takin clen, taurine, and high vitamins, and potassium and a whey protein not sure wat im doing how to take it and heard of useing benadryl aswell ? so please if u dont mind i would like u to overload me with as much info as u can on all aspects i cant really search the forum for wat i need cause im not too sure myself
