I am currently on prop (600mg/wk) and var(40mg ED), quit EQ 2 wks ago.

This cycle and diet has worked great for me...now I want to do a rebound. How do I go about it in terms of caloric adjustment?

    1. do I continue prop/var (ancillaries in check)for few wks before PCT or start PCT right away (with a one week gap for prop/var to clear system)?
    2. Will be adding 5 wks of IGF 1 this monday..good idea? I figure it'll be great for the rebound!
    3. Caloric adjustments?

    Helps appreciated guyz,

    cheers

    Good job.

    To much rice IMO.
Use an AI for edema related issues and keep the diet clean if you dont want fat gains, hence the reason I say to much rice in the diet. Keep training and eating as hard during PCT.

    My suggestions on your cycle:

Drop the var and continue prop for another week. The last day of your prop shot, begin the IGF cycle. Three days after last prop shot, begin your PCT protocal.

    Suggestions on diet:

I'd go with at least 4000kcals durring your next couple of weeks. Bump up carbs to a desirable range. If you've never bulked before, 250-300g would be a good place to start at your weight. But most importantly is to increase saturated fats within your diet. Make them as high as you can, as saturated fats will raise your natural test levels to their normal (or higher than normal) range.

    Congrats on the cutting.

Very impressive brotha. Your back looks great. Don't concern yourself too much with the loose skin, time will take care of that as long as you keep the fat off for a while. The IGF will help somewhat in tightening it as well. I've come from 318lbs. Trust me, the loose skin goes away.
