Thread: Would Celery be ok with a pro/fat meal

    Would Celery be ok with a pro/fat meal

    please help, im cutting and need somthing to help fill me up more, i like celery and was wondering if i could add it to a pro/fat meal??? thanks guys

    Dude, celery can be used ANY time. Eat lots of celery and broccoli, great for you and fills ya up....well not ALL the way.

    Last night my mom cut up sweet peppers (smaller ones, multi colored), onions, tomoatoes, cilantro and I think thats it. Chop up, combine, add balsamic vinegrette, splenda, salt, olive oil (if your meal is pro/fat) and it makes one hell of an awesome salsa. I ate a buttload and its great for ya!

    thanks brother...you always help, i appreciate it, im gonna add hot sauce to it...im not worried about sodium right now..thanks again audi

    sure you can, and don't worry about the sodium at all just have some extra water
