Im going to swim 2 times a week, hit the weights 2-3 times a week and try and skip rope for 20-30 minutes 4 mornings each week before classes. I want to be in awsome cardio shape when its time to go on the juice again in january or february.

hmmm, interesting approach. I want to know how it works out, I noticed your carb intake is the only macro that is higher on workout days vs. your rest day.

Yupp. Since protein synthesis peaks 24 hours post workout there is no reason to have more protein on a workout day so thats why I only change the carbs

The only thing I'd personaly change would be the yoghurt for some cottage cheese and cut down the bananas for apples and yes more meat if possible but looks good in general

I hate cottage cheese It tastes nasty. Im mostly doing the yoghurt to get some pro biotics into my diet.

But yeah changing banana for apple or pears might be good

Yes, I'd like to hear how that diet goes for you too.

Undergrad physics? You mentioned you study physics in one of your posts before, but I didn't realize it was formally at a university. Very cool. Btw, I teach physics at the high school level. No joke!

I also didn't realize you're from Sweden. I should have. One of my favorite bands is from Sweden and 3 out of 5 members of the band are named Johan!

yupp I love physics, its the big passion of my life . I am defenetly going to do all I can to get into grad school when I am done with my masters. But I am a bit split betwen nuclear physics(nuclear power, not realy particle/high energy physics) and astrophysics.

lol what band is that btw?? Johan is one of the most comon swedish names. Kind of boring

Do you teach other subjects or just physics? In sweden most high school science teacher always teach 2 subjects. Physics and maths usualy go hand in hand I have taken many classes togheter with those studying to become high school physics teachers.
