    calorie and protein counting book ?

    Hi,
    can somebody recomend the best book for counting calories and protein values of foods?

    I've used fitday and calorieking...

    but this USDA program absolutely blows both of them away IMHO, as far as ease of use, not having to be onling, and information:

    It takes just a second to download.

    I've compared many of the values from calorie king and fitday to this program and it seems like they are all based off one another with VERY similiar (identical for the most part) values.

    the only thing it's missing is calories for the proportions. i use calorieking because of that.
