Hello i only see Bulking and Cutting...but i never see Maintenance advise or anything i dont want to put on fat and i dont want to loose any but i want to put on some muscle is there anyway to do this? if you need my stats ill post them

Just tweak your diet till you find a level where you dont gain weight but maintain or gain strenght. That is your maintanance level. Its impossible to give a figure on how much kcal or macros you need since that is so individual.
But it sounds more like you want to do a clean bulk since you want to add muscle?
