Keep it about the same. Increasing kcal will make you fat since estrogen levels can be quite high. Personaly I drop kcal and relax but that isnt the general way to do it.
Eat the same and traing heavy and hard just like you were while on. This is the period where you can determine what you'll salvage out of your gains
