i eat my 10 egg whites with one yoke and a 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal as my first meal and my second meal is a protein shake I do this when I am bulking and cutting. Followed my the rest of my meals after that. So if you are asking if that is good...it all depends on what you are going to eat first..just remember if you are cutting do your cardio before you eat anything.
