    gf made a nice dinner for me right...

    i figured it was sunday so my gf made a huge pot of sauce, meatballs, chicken parm, pasta..it was great. but now there are ridiculous amounts of left overs and i feel guilty not eating them she put so much time into it..grrr...she lives with me so should i just man up and take the fat hit for the next couple days? what would u guys do take the breading, cheese and sauce off the chicken parm atleast? i'm not cutting, but dont want to be a lard ass either!

    i whouldnt have eatin it to start with weather or not it's Hot Cooking !!! if you got goals then do what you gotta do to get there, if you dont care then eat it, and if it hurts her feelings then tell her to harden up

    I'd just eat it, then do some cardio. Next time tell her to make it w/ fat free sauce and whole wheat pasta, cant feel too guilty about eating that unless your trying to get super shredded

    bring it to work for lunch and then throw it out if you really dont want it. white lies won't kill you...or you can always pawn it off to fat family members and co-workers.

    I second that eat up and be merry, just dont make a habit out of it

    you could always make it into pro/fat meals aswell by just skipping the pasta.

    -Eat as much as I can, fvck ur gf, Eat as much as I can, fvck ur gf, go shit, drink, smoke up, fvck ur gf, smoke up, fvck ur gf, drink, fvck ur gf, fvck ur gf, fvck ur gf, then eat (munchies).

    A couple of days of eating alot, relaxing and having tons of sex is....??

    a-)good for you

    b-)FUN!

    c-)recomended every 8-10 weeks of hard training

    d-)helps u relax and spend time with ur gf

    e-) ALL THE ABOVE!!

    If i was ur gf i would've taken into account your diet needs and used low fat ingredients.

    If anyone here is a big fan of the chicken parm. as much as I am, let me know and I will share with you my wife's healthy chicken parm. recipe. It's baked rather than fried. She's uses a very light whole wheat breading that she toasts before applying to the chicken. The texture is very similar to the fried type and the taste is pretty darn close as well. She then uses skim mozzarella for the cheese. It is total greatness!

    Like I said, let me know if you want the recipe. I can always post the recipe under the appropriate forum.

    You could throw it out periodically like toss it or flush a bit to make it seem like your eating it.. Eating Disorder style... It depends too.. I mean ifyour cutting you want to get rid of it...

    thanks for all the replies guys i just got a chance to check it. i've been doing good rinsing off some of the breading and tossin the pasta in the trash haha..u cant make fat free sauce at home can u? sounds like something u gotta buy. lots of extra virgin olive oil in that meal boy...turkey meatballs? would that work? i just love my italian cooking!
